BeZiner AI ("we", "us") builds AI receptionists and marketing automation for small businesses in Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to bezinerai.com and to the software we operate, including our Pinterest application.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not ask you for sensitive personal information such as government identifiers or payment card numbers by email.
Our Pinterest application is used solely to manage our own Pinterest business account. It publishes and schedules Pins to boards we own, and reads the analytics for those Pins and boards — impressions, saves and outbound clicks.
Our use of information received from the Pinterest API follows the Pinterest Developer Guidelines and the Pinterest Developer & API Terms. You can revoke our application's access at any time from your Pinterest account settings.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We rely on a small number of established providers to run the business — for example email and calendar hosting, our customer records system, our web host, and payment processing for digital products. They process information only to provide those services to us. Payments are handled by the payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we have a working relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send. To make a request, email bezinerai@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Our website uses only the cookies needed to make the site work and to collect basic, aggregate visit statistics. We do not use advertising trackers that follow you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Our systems run on a private server with key-based access only. Credentials and access tokens are stored encrypted and are restricted to the people and processes that need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.
